| Linda Coss has thirteen years of experience leading a support group
for parents of children with severe food allergies. The mother of
a teenage son with multiple potentially fatal food allergies, she
is deeply involved in the world of food allergy management.
Ms. Coss is the author of both What’s to Eat? The Milk-Free,
Egg-Free, Nut-Free Food Allergy Cookbook and How To Manage
Your Child’s Life-Threatening Food Allergies: Practical Tips
for Everyday Life. Both books have received rave reviews from
throughout the food allergy community.
Linda lives in Southern California with her two sons, where she
keeps quite busy as a freelance marketing writer. Ms. Coss received
her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with honors from the University
of California’s Irvine campus.
